I just watched your 360 Youtube Preview. I was wondering how your are doing your sphere uv mapping, as I see no seams between on the sphere, and it looks fairly unstrected. Is the texture wrapped onto the sphere 6 times ( like a box ) or how have you merged it?
Also how does your textures edges repeat? Umin -> Umax, Vmin -> Umax? Or does it merge over other edges too?
Love the work as usual. However, there seems to be a problem with the specular map for pattern 200. There is heavy digital artifacting... almost looks like compression artifacts.

If you watch some of my older textures, the more "bumped", you can clearly see the seams.
